The 2006 Griffin Shiraz
Handpicked from a single block of vines on a north-eastern aspect hillside in the old 'Middle Paddock', this shiraz was handmade and basket-pressed. The wine is full-bodied and has excellent flavour complexity. It is smooth textured and has dark cherry and blackberry flavours with subtly blended hints of chocolate and white pepper.Alcohol: 14.3%

The 2005 Griffin Shiraz
The 2005 Griffin Shiraz was hand-picked from a single block of vines facing north-east. The grapes were basket-pressed by winemaker Phil Christiansen. The wine is full-bodied and has excellent flavour complexity, smooth textured with cherry, berry, dark chocolate and peppery characters subtly blended. It can be enjoyed immediately or will age gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years.
