Handpicked before the heatwave of Vintage 2008, our Sauvignon Blanc again is crisp and fresh. Herbaceous aromas lead to tropical flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry with an elegant citrus finish.A fine example of the pre-eminent variety of the Adelaide Hills.

The 2007 Griffin Sauvignon Blanc

To say that this Sauvy Blanc is our 'best yet' is a bold statement but the stars aligned for this wine; a fortuitous combination of crop load, rainfall, summer sun and perhaps a little skill resulting in a wine with aromas of freshly cut grass preceding a fantastic spread of passionfruit and citrus flavours across the palate, the wine has a zesty and crisp mouth feel and a soft mineral finish.
