Our Wine

Our Reds being made in small batch hand plunged ferments by Phil Christiansen in McLaren Vale. Shaw and Smith make our Sauvignon Blanc, our rose is made by Goe DiFabio of Di Fabio Estates and our 2008 Chardonnay is being made by Linda Domas at McLaren Vale. We have a great deal of involvement with the winemaking process, our guiding philosophy being to do justice to the terroir and produce wines with distinct cool climate varietal flavours. Our aim is to make a serious wine yet one with subtlety and complexity.
